Excellent performance and reliability

The Hawker sealed lead-acid battery consists of two 12V Bloc batteries installed inside the battery box. The battery box is made of stainless steel or glass reinforced plastic. Use a high conductivity copper tin plated layer to flatten the connecting strip, connect two Bloc batteries in series and connect them to the main connector. The ventilation duct connected to the battery box is easy to ventilate.

The main connecting strip at the front of the battery connects it to the aircraft's electrical system. Hawker sealed lead-acid aircraft batteries comply with high air stability requirements set by EASA, FAA, original equipment manufacturers, and national defense departments.

HAWKER ? SAFETY PLUS Nickel Cadmium Aviation Battery

For over 70 years, Hawker Safety Plus nickel chromium batteries have been manufactured using sintered/sintered electrodes to achieve ultra-high power and/or energy density. With Hawker's technical expertise, our batteries have an extremely long lifespan and unparalleled reliability.

Our Hawker Safety Plus nickel chromium batteries typically consist of 20 individual cells, which are installed inside a stainless steel box lined with heat-resistant plastic. The battery cover and high conductivity nickel plated copper core are supported and protected by soft rubber. The pipeline installed on the side of the battery is used for exhaust, and the plug installed on the front of the battery is used to connect the battery to the aircraft's electrical system. In addition, the battery can be equipped with a temperature sensor for temperature monitoring.

Low internal resistance can still provide excellent power output at extreme temperatures.

Specially designed isolation materials can maintain stability even at high temperatures, ensuring high safety without any "heat dissipation".

Carefully designed to achieve better safety and energy capacity

The Hawker XLM battery consists of 20 ultra-low maintenance cells, made with a sintered positive electrode and a plastic bonded negative electrode, aimed at achieving better performance and reliability. Each unit is connected in series and installed in a stainless steel shell cover.

The Hawker XLM battery is specially designed to increase energy density and reduce water usage, extending the time between maintenance and greatly reducing the frequency of regular maintenance. The Hawker XLM battery has been certified by EASA ETSO C173 and EASA/FAA supplementary model certificate.
